How can I book a tour?

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive your reservation requests through different forms of communication, such as email, WhatsApp. You can also submit a request form on the website describing the details of the trip you want to take, its duration and any other details you can provide, and you will receive an immediate response with a proposal from one of our representatives.

Can trips be shared to reduce the cost?

Our trips are exclusive private with which we will not group different groups.

What documents do I need to travel to Morocco?

  • Passport: People traveling to Morocco with a Spanish passport require a valid passport, with a minimum validity of 6 months.
  • Visa: Spanish citizens and people traveling with a European passport do not need a visa to visit the country for tourism. Other nationalities should consult with the relevant consulate or embassy.
  • Vaccines: To enter Morocco there is no mandatory vaccine and we recommend Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A.

How can I get my visa to visit Morocco?

The nationalities of Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Venezuela do not need a visa to travel to Morocco, the other nationalities have to obtain a visa from the embassy in their countries.
If your country is not on the list of countries that do NOT require a visa to enter Morocco, you should contact Moroccan embassies and consulates to know the documentation necessary to process the visa that allows you to enter Morocco.
If you live in Spain at the Moroccan Embassy in Madrid (Calle de Serrano, 179, 28002 Madrid) in Barcelona (Carrer de Pujades, 63, 08005 Barcelona) to obtain the visa.

What are the restrictions with covid-19 to travel to Morocco?

Any travel schedule to Morocco must be done taking into account the evolution of the pandemic situation and the possible limitations in the mobility conditions that the Moroccan authorities may establish. Read more

Do you need a vaccination certificate against covid-19 to travel to Morocco?

Travellers must present a certificate of vaccination with a complete schedule (at least 14 days must have passed since the last dose).

Travellers must fill out and sign the health form (it can be found at the following link http://www.onda.ma/form.php).

  • Payment

How much should I pay as a deposit? How will I pay it?

The required deposit is usually 30% of the total price of the tour. The tour deposit is made in PayPal, or bank transfer and the final payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted) or bank transfer directly to MHP(Morocco Holiday Packages).
Our representatives will be happy to provide any additional information or support you need to complete the payment. If it is not possible to pay the deposit in one transaction.

Can trips be shared to reduce the cost?

How can I know if my reservation is confirmed?

After making the reservation payment, you will receive an email with the tour ticket attached. The tour reservation will also be visible in your “Reservation History” in your profile panel.

Are my payment card details secure?

Of course. The MHP website is a secure site, and we also use secure payment options such as Stripe, PayPal, Dataphone, etc. So all data entered as part of your reservation is stored securely.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, we accept payment of the rest in cash or online or by card.

  • Covid-19

Can I cancel my reservation?

In each reservation its cancellation policy is indicated. If the cancellation is made after the deadline and it is due to serious or external causes, contact us so that we can try to solve it.

The cancellation policy?

We always try to maximize the cancellation period for free. However, each activity or tour is different, so you will have to consult the conditions that you have in the reservation to see the cancellation policy.
If the tour is canceled less than 15 days before arrival, the amount paid as a deposit will not be returned.
Within the free cancellation period, please inform us as soon as possible to take it into account.

What happens if the weather is bad and you cannot travel?

All activities are carried out normally throughout the year. If due to extreme conditions (for example, heavy snow or road blockage) the supplier had to cancel a tour, another similar activity or an alternative date or immediate payment refund would be offered.
